Attorney Kevin Gick

I have practiced criminal and traffic law for over 16 years. I began my career as a state prosecutor in Roanoke County and Winchester, Virginia. After 6 years as a prosecutor, I went into private practice, handling many types of cases, both criminal and civil. I worked at two local law firms, Frith Anderson + Peake and Frankl Miller Webb & Moyers, where I was the firm’s traffic and criminal defense specialist.

My passion and expertise has always been in criminal and traffic law. I opened Gick Law, PLLC in January 2023 to be able to focus my law practice on these passions.

I am fluent in Spanish and can interpret or translate to assist clients. During college, I studied abroad in Spain and have since raised my children to be bilingual. In addition, after graduating from the College of William & Mary, I taught English abroad in Japan for two years where I became conversant in Japanese.

My wife Sara and I live in Roanoke, Virginia with our five children and black lab. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, doing Spartan Races, following La Liga, and studying languages.
